Dr. Ahmed Ghanem


Dr. Ahmed Ghanem is a one of the most highly qualified and renowned plastic surgeons in Dubai. His illustrious career began with a Bachelor’s medical degree and Residency from Alexandria University and then he left Egypt to pursue his Masters in Surgery in UK. He went on to complete four years of surgical training in Edinburg, Scotland and Dublin, Ireland and earned his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), UK.

Dr. Ghanem’s exceptional surgical career spans all over the Gulf region and he is well known amongst his peers as well. He pioneered in developing and expanding the Plastic Aesthetic Surgery, Reconstructive and Burns unit first at Rumailah Hospital, Qatar, and then at Hamad General Hospital, Qatar as a Senior Consultant. He spent another 10 years at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha doing the same.

Since the year 2000, Dr. Ghanem has been working in the private sector in Dubai where aesthetic surgery constitutes the bulk of his work. His areas of special interest include liposuction, tummy tuck, body sculpting, breast surgery, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and face lifts as well as facial rejuvenation and treatment with lasers.
